Returns & Refunds
At glowhavencraft.com�, we carefully check every handmade product before shipping. We only accept returns or refunds if the product is received in a damaged condition. Return Conditions: An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. The video must be recorded from before opening the package until the product is fully shown. Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted. The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Product must be unused and in original condition. Non-Returnable Items: Change of mind Color variation due to screen lighting Customized or handmade products (unless damaged) Refund Process: Once the damaged product is verified, refund/replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.
